What to include
Share the area or property pin, the application, visible symptoms, safe photographs and available access. If you have drawings, earlier repair records or a project specification, mention them. Do not climb onto unsafe roofs or enter tanks to obtain photographs.
Before confirming work
Ask for the proposed system, preparation, repair boundaries, programme, testing, finishing responsibilities and any offered warranty to be stated in the quotation. A photograph alone does not establish the cause of a leak. Use our inspection checklist to prepare.
